High quality, rapidly deployable and affordable temporary and permanent housing in response to natural disasters, use at military installations, or for any large project that requires immediate, comprehensive housing.

A typical home runs from 160 to 640 square feet per living unit. But our housing units can be combined in a number of ways to create larger homes, offices and more spacious facilities. Crisis/ intervention centers, job placement centers, medical facilities and Red Cross or emergency processing centers, schools, day care centers, community kitchen and dining halls and other community facilities are all easily and readily configurable.

A Basic Pre-Fab Home is offered in four primary floorplans. These are best wed for humanitarian use in disaster areas and feature a variety of configurations that encompass basic sleeping quarters and bathroom facilities.

A Premium Pre-Fab Home is offered in four primary floorplans that include a variety of bed- rooms, bathrooms and kitchens.

A Platinum Pre-Fab Home can be configured in dozens of ways to offer shelter to larger groups, or to create other large community facilities.

A Four-Plex encompasses up to 2,400 square feet that can be configured for more comprehensive living and commercial uses.

Different construction techniques for different needs.

Pre-Fab Homes
We offer two primary types of modular homes. The Pre-Fab is a container-style modular grid structure with a wall and window system. Shipped flat in kit-like units, these homes are extremely economical to transport and mobilize in bulk.

Made of structural steel and infill insulated panels, the pre-fabricated walls are heavily reinforced in the manufacturing process and are designed to withstand up to 100 MPH winds associated with hurricanes, tornadoes and other natural disasters.

Though often used on a temporary basis, these homes are manufactured for long-term use – up to 20 years in humid climates and up to 35 years in dry climates.

Container Homes
This modular home is constructed from recycled Intermodel (ISO) standardized cargo shipping containers. We transform these containers into highly functional modular houses – fully equipped with all the modern conveniences.

We can customize these homes to your specifications, including plumbing, electricity, windows, doors, HVAC and other features.
